In the Holistic Work–Life Balance Workbook, you will examine twelve domains of daily life to which we must all pay attention, to one degree or another. You start by giving each of those areas of life your subjective satisfaction rating from Zero “0” meaning “completely dissatisfied” to ten “10” meaning 100% satisfied. Then you’ll journal why you gave the rating you gave, followed by envisioning what a ‘10’ would be for you.
Dr. Robin offers some suggestions for how to increase your satisfaction in each arena.
